(1) A person with disabilities shall have the right to live with his family or guardians or in a residence of his choice on an equal basis with other persons and shall not be forced to live in any particular place.
(2) Persons with disabilities shall have the right to receive auxiliary materials and community support services as specified in order to lead a dignified life.
